Returns and Refunds

This website (www.alotfoods.in) is operated by WINSON GOURMET LLP on behalf of Alot Foods (“we”, “our” or “us”).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, we are here to help with our Refund & Return policy, as detailed below.

 


 

What is eligible for refund or return

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible to request a refund or replacement.

  • The request must be made within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

  • The product should be unused / unopened (unless damaged), in original packaging, with all labels attached.

 


 

How to request a refund or return

To request a refund or return, please:

  1. Contact our customer support at alotindia@gmail.com with your Order Number, product name, and description (with photos if applicable) of the issue.

  2. We will review your request. If eligible, we will guide you how to return the product.

  3. You may be asked to ship the product back to us, depending on the issue, at either your cost or ours, as decided case-by-case.

 


 

Refund processing

  • Once we receive the returned product (if return required), we will inspect it.

  • If approved, refund will be processed via the same payment method used in the original purchase.

  • It may take up to 7-10 business days (or depending on bank/payment gateway) for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

 


 

Exchanges

  • If you prefer, in case of defective or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement / exchange instead of refund.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 


 

Exceptions / non-eligible items

Some items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. certain fresh foods) once they are opened or used (unless there is a quality issue).

  • Items that are sealed for hygiene reasons and which are unsealed after delivery (if applicable).

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or external causes beyond our control.

 


 

Shipping & return costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong product, damage in transit etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If return is for reasons beyond our error (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

 


 

Cancellation by us

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (in whole or part) if there is a pricing error, stock availability issue, or suspected fraud.

  • In case of cancellation, any payment made will be refunded in full as per our refund processing procedure.

  • You have the right to contact us to raise a refund or return request under the conditions above.

Updates to this Policy
