3. Placing Orders & Pricing

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping or delivery charges may be extra.
We will confirm each order with you via email or other means. That confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your Order. We may reject (cancel) the Order for reasons including—but not limited to—product unavailability, error in price or description, or inability to deliver to your location.

4. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of Order through the payment methods accepted on the Website.
All payments are final once the Order is confirmed, unless cancellation or refund policy allows otherwise.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery will be made to the address provided by you. We try to deliver in the estimated time frame, but delays may happen.

Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

You may request cancellation of your Order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
For perishable goods, or goods that are consumed or altered after purchase, returns may only be accepted if there is a quality issue, damage, or defect. Proof may be required (photos etc.).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
