How do you ensure product quality?
If stored in a cool, dry place in their sealed packs, our dry fruits and snacks remain fresh for 6–9 months. Always check the packaging for the exact expiry date.
How long do Alot products stay fresh?
Yes. All our dry fruits, nuts, berries, and makhana are sourced directly from trusted farms and suppliers. We do not use artificial colors, harmful preservatives, or low-quality substitutes.

What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of snacks, we do not accept returns once products are opened. But if your order is damaged, expired, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund. Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
